มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ โดยหลักสูตรรัฐศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ จัดโครงการเสวนาวิชาการประจำปี 2569 หัวข้อ “การพัฒนางานวิจัยและสร้างสรรค์ทางรัฐศาสตร์” ภายใต้แนวคิด “พลิกโฉมงานวิจัยรัฐศาสตร์…ให้ก้าวล้ำทันโลก” เมื่อวันพุธที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เวลา 08.30–17.00 น. ณ ห้อง 38605 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ และถ่ายทอดสดผ่านระบบออนไลน์

การเสวนาครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพงานวิชาการด้านรัฐศาสตร์ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทสังคมไทยและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยเชิญนักวิชาการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์

หนึ่งในวิทยากรสำคัญ คือ ผศ.ดร.สัญญา เคณาภูมิ ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญ 2 ด้าน ได้แก่

• อาจารย์ประจำวิชา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยขั้นสูง คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม

• ผู้อำนวยการ สถาบันส่งเสริมและพัฒนาวิชาการดอกเคน

ในการเสวนา ผศ.ดร.สัญญา ได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับทิศทางการวิจัยรัฐศาสตร์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 การออกแบบงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ให้ตอบโจทย์บริบทสังคมไทย ตลอดจนการรักษามาตรฐานและจริยธรรมทางวิชาการ พร้อมแนวทางการต่อยอดผลงานสู่ระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีวิทยากรร่วมเสวนาอีก 3 ท่าน ได้แก่ ผศ.ดร.สนุก สิงห์มาตร ผศ.ดร.ฉัตรณรงค์ศักดิ์ สุธรรมดี และ ผศ.ดร.เสกสรรค์ สนวา ซึ่งร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และกลยุทธ์การพัฒนางานวิจัยอย่างรอบด้าน

เวทีเสวนาครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และผลักดันงานวิจัยด้านรัฐศาสตร์ให้มีคุณภาพ ทันสมัย และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน

Surindra Rajabhat University, through its Bachelor of Political Science Program under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, organized the 2026 annual academic seminar titled “Research and Creative Development in Political Science” under the theme “Transforming Political Science Research to Keep Pace with the World.” The event was held on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Room 38605, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and was also broadcast online.

The seminar aimed to enhance the quality of political science scholarship in alignment with the Thai social context and global transformations in the 21st century. Distinguished scholars were invited to exchange knowledge, perspectives, and research experiences.

One of the key speakers was Asst. Prof. Dr. Sanya Kenaphoom, who serves in two significant roles:

• Lecturer in Advanced Research Methodology, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University

• Director of the Dok Khen Academic Promotion and Development Institute

During the seminar, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sanya shared insights on the direction of political science research in the 21st century, the design of research and creative works responsive to Thailand’s social context, as well as the importance of maintaining academic standards and ethics. He also outlined pathways for advancing research outputs to national and international levels.

The seminar also featured three additional speakers—Asst. Prof. Dr. Sanuk Singhmat, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chatnarongsak Sutthammadee, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Seksan Sanwa—who contributed valuable perspectives and strategies for comprehensive research development.

This academic forum marked another significant step toward strengthening scholarly networks and promoting high-quality, modern, and socially impactful political science research in Thailand.
